NEW: The Billiard Applet is a way to describe positions online and make them embeddable into mails, send them as web links and much more. I've developed this thing over a couple of years as a "background task", now feeling it might be ready for going public. Please check it out and let me know what you think. I'd like to have anyone who knows how to spell "Java" participate and contribute to the applet. So please let me know what you think.

• First of all we have the list of clubs, where you can perform the game and see the cracks performing. This is currently limited to mostly German clubs, but if you have addresses of clubs outside Germany, please feel free to mail them to axel.uhl@gmx.de. Then they will be included as fast as possible.
• Carambolage in Northern Germany. Contains pages from the NBV organization and tournament infos.
• Look at this simulation tool for carom billiards. It requires some resources (I couldn't run it since I'm using NT...), but for those using 95 it might definitely be worth a look.
• The Spanish section on Billiards can be found here, courtesy of Pedro J. Perez". You may find exciting infos about three-cushion diamond systems, rules and the complete artistic program. It also used to contain a great simulation tool, but that link has vanished...
• Groundbreaking News: There's a first online publication of a dynamic billiards simulator online now, courtesy of Markus Püschel and colleagues from the University of Karlsruhe. Try it out here or here.
• Go to Michael Hikl's Billiards Page and find interesting summaries about this nice game as seen by somebody who really excels at this kind of sports. Too bad this page is in German only :-( However, Michael seems to manage to keep some rankings and standings up to date better than I do (what a wonder ;-) ).
• Here you find the Billiards Worldcup Association. That's where latest standings of the championships are, dates, newsletters, hall of fame, you name it.
• Go here, if you want to know more about Carambolage in Austria. This site contains infos on the latest tournament rankings there in the alps and great info for all of us not wanting to be without a table while spending out vacation there (see in particular here).
